Oh meat glorious meat. I love all kinds of meat, except fish. I would have to say the meat I most love to cook with is probably sirlion or tenderloin. I would like to see some more authentic ethnic foods, like fried rice, jerk chicken etc. Thanks for the opportunity to enter my name.

This recipe looks fantastic! I'm not always a huge fan of roast beef, but I'm definitely going to have to overcome that and make this soon. As for meats I do love to eat: a good rare steak (yum!), ham, chicken, and BACON! :)

This recipe is so inviting that ... I would like to reach out and cross the computer screen to take a bite of this fabulous roast, good!!! I love meat, although I not eat it very often. I often come to read your recipes and thinking about it now, in your site there aren't many recipes for meat, except for those with the chicken. I would like some more recipes with beef, veal and pork!
Thank you for the great giveaway and love from Italy!

I still quite like a well cooked piece of meat. However, I wonder if I weren't with my husband whether I might lean a little more toward vegetarian (not completely but somewhat). Anyway, I would love to win this great book! Thanks,

I don't eat other meats besides chicken & beef, occasionally Turkey. I tend to use ground beef over and over again, and forget about using the larger cuts. More recipes on that would be good! Being British, we always used to do Sunday roast dinners, even after we moved to the states, so roast beef is something of a comfort food for me!

I cook meat for the family, but since I'm not fond of meat, I know I don't do the meal justice.
I do eat meat but I can only tolerate if finely shredded.
A How To cookbook would greatly benefit my family! Thanks for the chance.

my love of meat seems to be waning, but i'll never pass up a burger. fowl isn't foul and pig has its place, but for some reason, steak and roast beef have never been my thing!
