I think the easiest way would be to make the lasagna rolls and the sauce ahead of time, but don't combine them yet. Keep them in separate containers in a fridge until you are ready. Then when you're ready to serve, pour the sauce on top of the lasagna rolls and put the dish in the microwave. If it's cold from the fridge, you'll probably need to microwave for a few minutes longer, but I'm sure it'll heat up just fine.

Emily, these look delicious. Any ideas on how I could make them for a potluck? I only have access to a microwave at work so do I just leave that step prior to serving or what? Thanks!!!

The lasagna rolls look wonderful! Funny about the green beans, for YEARS I ate them from a can until probably 5 years ago. I still buy the canned ones for a quick veggie when I need it, but I prefer the fresh ones definitely. I cook them on the grill in a foil boat with butter, onion, garlic and basil. Mmmmmm
