		<description>I wonder if you could bake the pork?  Spray a pan with PAM or some other type of pan coating and then bake the pork chops at 375 for about 10-15 minutes (or until done)?  This would cut down on the fat content of the dish and I don&#039;t think it would affect the taste.  Just an idea!</description>
