Bread Baker’s Apprentice is one of our favorite cookbooks. I don’t think we could keep up to the “one a week” schedule, so kudos to you for signing up!

We let our KitchenAid to all the heavy lifting, including kneading. I wonder how many people’s KAs will burn out before they’ve baked through the entire book.
