		<description>Okay, you weren&#039;t kidding: these are really great cookies! The salty/sweet balance is really lovely. I made a second batch with a mix of white and dark chocolate and froze the dough after resting it in the fridge, and I think I like them even better then the just from the fridge batch. That waiting time is a killer, though!</description>
