However, once I did taste a dish with white wine in it, I loved it!! I usually have to ask someone for help in buying wine for cooking but I try to buy the screw top lids whenever I can find them in a decent white dry wine so that I can save the rest of the bottle for other recipes. Don't be afraid to try it! You can always find help in buying a decent but not too expensive dry white wine and I'm sure you will like the dish even more!!!
